Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. For prescription and custom lens orders, please allow 10 business days. Orders placed on weekends and national holidays are processed the following business day. Once shipped, orders should deliver within 3-7 business days.

Free shipping on orders over $200

For online purchases, we offer a 14 day refund window from the date of delivery. Lab services (RX/custom lens orders) are non-refundable. To initiate a return, please visit our return portal or contact us at shop@illesteva.com. Read our full online return policy here. 

For purchases made in store, we offer a 10 day window from date of purchase for unworn merchandise to either exchange or receive a store credit. No refunds.

Please note that each frame returned for refund, and not for store credit, is subject to a $7 restocking fee.
